How long will my order take to process?

Most orders are processed in 3–7 working days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — each product page will say if extra time is needed.

Which delivery service does Kirnix use?

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has dispatched, we can’t change or reroute the address.

🔵 Tracking & Delivery Issues

My tracking isn’t updating — should I worry?

No need — Royal Mail tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
It often refreshes overnight or once the parcel reaches a main hub.

My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
