We keep shipping straightforward.
Orders are packed in our UK studio and sent with tracked delivery so you can follow them from dispatch to arrival. If you need the finer legal bits, return details, or packaging info, the links below will take you straight to the right page rather than making you read the same thing three times.

Delivery Service
We send orders with Royal Mail Tracked.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking by email. Tracking can take a little time to update, so if it looks sleepy at first, Royal Mail is usually just catching up.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked usually arrives within 2–5 working days.
These are delivery estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy periods, bad weather, bank holidays, or service disruption.
Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days.
If an item has a longer lead time, that will be shown on the product page before you order.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Please Check Your Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask for the cost of re-delivery before sending it again.
Delays, Lost Parcels, or Delivery Problems
If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost in transit, or looks to have been misdelivered, please contact us and we’ll investigate it properly.
