Orders are packed in our UK studio and sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow them from dispatch to arrival.

Delivery Service
We send orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking by email. Tracking can take a little time to update, so if it looks sleepy at first, Royal Mail is usually just catching up.
Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days.
If an item has a longer lead time, this will be shown on the product page before you order.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
